Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through the Sun Trade Beads online store (suntradebeads.com). These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Sun Trade Beads ("Sun Trade", "we", "our", or "us").

Our website changes regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis.
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice.
If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely.
Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content.
You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.
No contract will exist between you and Sun Trade for the sale of any product unless and until Sun Trade has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is taken from your credit/ debit card or via mobile money.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
Sun Trade reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the mobile money account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the mobile money account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by mobile money or via your credit/debit card. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website site.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Paystack, which is a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website in GHC (Ghanaian Cedis). Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.
Unless you cancel your order within 3 working days after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Sun Trade will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading "Cancellation" and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 3 day period stated above will be at the discretion of Sun Trade.
The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Sun Trade Beads or Sun Trade is the sole property of Sun Trade Beads. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.

Delivery & Returns
Sun Trade uses UPS as a main delivery method for orders in and out of Ghana.
If you are receiving your order outside of the Ghana, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
OUT OF STOCK
Because all our products are handmade in limited batches, we don't always hold stock of every item. If the jewellery piece you would like to order is not currently in stock, you will see a note at the side of the product that it is 'out of stock'. You will be informed by email if this is the case - and orders can take between 2-4 weeks to complete. We will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation email. If you have any queries, or are in an exceptional hurry please email the team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
Products in the Kati Torda collection are however one of a kind and will not be reproduced when out of stock except on request, and in such a situation, the resulting product will be similar but not identical.
Any items that are listed as "in stock" on the website will be dispatched to you within 7 working days.
We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Sun Trade is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, Sun Trade will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:

Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us at:

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of the items being returned the mobile money account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges.
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
